For church administrators
Register, choose one of five cover designs, set grid capacity and a closing date. You receive a church page, a live sharing link, a real QR code and printable Sunday bulletins.
For members
Scan the QR code or open the link — no account needed. Upload a permitted photo, choose Individual ($20), Parent & Children ($30) or Family ($50), and pay by secure card checkout.
Your permanent spot
Every person gets exactly one numbered position with a row, column and spot number. Spots never move once assigned.
Complimentary spots
Up to 25% of the grid can be awarded by the church through private single-use codes. Free spots never appear as public checkout.
Completing the project
Whether you have 57 or 500+ participants, the organizer completes the project. Empty decorative tiles reuse approved photos fairly to finish the art — each person still keeps their one original locator.
Delivery
Your chosen full-resolution JPEG is released at completion. No mailing or shipping.
